Robert Godwin is the owner and founder of Apogee Space Books and TheSpaceLibrary.com. He was also the Space Curator at the Canadian Air & Space Museum. He has written or edited over 100 books including the award winning series "The NASA Mission Reports". Robert has appeared on dozens of radio and television programs in Canada, the USA and England as an expert on, not only music, but also space exploration. His books have been discussed on CNN, the CBC, the BBC and CBS 60 Minutes. He produced the first ever virtual reality panoramas of the Apollo lunar surface photography and the first multi-camera angle movie of the Apollo 11 moonwalk. The minor planet "Godwin 4252" is named after Robert.

Hanno Rein received his PhD from the University of Cambridge in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics. He spent three years as a fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton before joining the University of Toronto in 2013. He has broad research interests including high performance computing, numerical algorithms, stochastic processes, celestial mechanics, planet formation and dynamics of Saturn's rings. Hanno Rein is also the developer of the popular iOS application Exoplanet, a highly visual showcase of recent exoplanet discoveries that has been downloaded several million times.

Christa Van Laerhoven grew up in a small town just east of Vancouver, BC. She did her Bachelor's of Science in Physics and Astronomy at U.B.C. and her Ph.D. in Planetary Sciences at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, investigating the movements of planets both in our solar system and in planetary systems around other stars.

He brings over 17 years experience in usability, design and front-end development to creating a seamless user experience for both XE.com, which ranks among the world’s top 400 sites, and the company’s mobile apps which have been downloaded over 40 million times. Prior to XE, Magued worked for agencies on large-scale digital projects for clients including Xerox, Royal LePage and Mazda. An avid technophile, Magued often falls asleep at night to the gentle hum of his MacBook.

Sensebridge began as a collaboration at Noisebridge, a maker space in San Francisco, California. We were interested in augmenting our senses, giving ourselves experience with cyborg-like technologies. Our first effort was North Paw, a compass anklet that vibrates to tell you which way is north. It gives users an intuitive sense of direction. Over time the collaboration evolved, people came and left, and today sensebridge has members in San Francisco, Toronto, London, and many other cities.
